All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and consultations, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
We are unable to accommodate for any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed. We do not have the ability to combine or split orders or add discount codes after purchase has been processed.
If you have received a damaged/defective item, please contact us upon receipt with your name, order number, and nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email.
